The Mermaid's Holiday

What's a mermaid to do when she's on holiday? Ariel took her legs to see the Prince, but Saskia de Brauw chose to stay by the seaside and wear couture. "The Mermaid's Holiday" is an editorial shot by world-renowned photographer Patrick Demarchelier for the May 2012 issue of Vogue Japan with impressive styling by none other than fashion editor Lori Goldstein. The fashions Ms. Goldstein chose for the editorial are all inspired by the life aquatic from labels such as Versace, Louis Vuitton and Oscar de la Renta and all pieces worked perfectly in this fantastical fashion story.
