Midas Touch

The recently concluded 2012 Summer Olympics in London had us all talking and the discussion always include the British supermodels that participated in the Games' closing ceremony. If you failed to see that then this editorial from British Vogue's September 2012 issue shows you those same models clad in the same gold creations they wore during the ceremony. The garments are all of course from the very best British labels and designers with styling by fashion editor Lucinda Chambers and the photography courtesy of Nick Knight.

The models are Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Stella Tennant, Karen Elson, Georgia May Jagger, Lily Cole, Lily Donaldson, Jourdan Dunn and Paul Gandy.

Vogue Russia and Vogue Turkey January 2012

There are a handful of countries that belong to two continents. Russia is one example. Turkey is another. What's interesting is that not only do these two countries straddle between Asia and Europe, these two also have their own Vogue editions. Here are their January 2012 covers..
