Face The Future Video

Carolyn Murphy stars in Gordon Von Steiner's video for Vogue Italia called "Face The Future". The video shows the American beauty getting ready by putting on a wig and a mask before heading out to explore her manor. Fashion editor Karl Templer styled Carolyn in pieces from Etro, Dries Van Noten, Tommy Hilfiger and many others.

Face The Future

Vogue Italia's "Face The Future" editorial is probably the oddest fashion story I have ever seen. The editorial features supermodel Carolyn Murphy wearing a wig and a mask that deems her unrecognizable. The American beauty is styled by fashion editor Karl Templer in looks from labels such as Gabriele Colangelo, Dior and Tory Burch while photographer Steven Meisel captured the images. Only one photo shows her face sans the wig and the mask and the images are part of Vogue Italia's September 2012 issue.

Valentino A/W 2012-13 Campaign

Valentino's A/W 2012-13 campaign looks dreamy and romantic, but with a dark edge. Either way the images look stunning as expected from legendary photographer Deborah Turbeville. Fashion editor Karl Templer did the styling while the fashion house's designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli acted as the shoot's creative directors, making the campaign images true to the brand's vision of a Valentino woman.

The campaign features models Caroline Brasch Nielsen, Frida Gustavsson and Jac Jagaciak and is set at the Palazzo Valguarnera-Gangi in Palermo, Sicily.

Double Vision

Layering clothes isn't exactly groundbreaking as we've seen this done in seasons past, but if done in a way that is fresh and new then we're sure to see more of this interpretation of layering in the streets and on your favorite glossy. This editorial from Interview Magazine shows one stylish interpretation in which collared shirts are layered with collared shirts, exposing the collar underneath and putting the focus on both collars. The same can be done for pants and other garments as shown in these images. The editorial features male models Baptiste Radufe and John Hein styled by fashion editor Karl Templer. The boys are looking dapper while wearing pieces from Bottega Venetta, Emporio Armani, Vivienne Westwood and many others while Craig McDean photographed them for Interview's June/July 2012 issue.
