She Was A Skater Girl

Lara Mullen is in grunge mode in this editorial from Dazed & Confused by photographer Sharif Hamza. The editorial, titled "She Was A Skater Girl", shows the British model looking cool in clothes from labels such as Alexander Wang, G-Star, Allsaints and many others. Fashion editor Karen Langley did the styling for the shoot and the images can be seen on the magazine's August 2012 issue.

 

Paper Plates

Leave it to British Vogue to create an astounding editorial inspired by Wedgewood China, the upcoming London Olympics and pretty pastels that are prevalent this season. The editorial, titled "Paper Plates", stars British model Lara Mullen wearing fabulous fashion from labels such as Aquascutum, Nicole Farhi and Max Mara. Though Lara and photographer Tim Gutt delivered a powerful editorial, I believe that the bulk of that power comes from the set design conceived and executed by Shona Heath. Either way, this is one of my favorite editorials for S/S 2012 and the images are part of British Vogue's June 2012 issue.

Sea Slight, Gentle Breeze Sunny Intervals

Lara Mullen and Matt Ardell star in i-D's bright and sunny editorial titled "Sea Slight, Gentle Breeze Sunny Intervals". The two are styled by fashion editor Charlotte Stockdale in S/S 2012 looks from Louis Vuitton, Jil Sander and Calvin Klein. Photographer Jeff Bark captured the images for the magazine's "Whatever the Weather" issue.

Dazed & Confused March 2012

The March issue of British style magazine Dazed & Confused brings four fresh-faced models to four different covers taken by today's top photographers. The covers feature Norwegians Erjona Ala and Frida Aasen, German Kati Nescher and British model Lara Mullen taken by photographers Roe Etheridge, Ben Toms, Daniel Jackson and Sean and Seng.

i-D Issue No. 317 (The Whatever The Weather Issue)

British glossy i-D Magazine releases their 317th issue with nine covers for the newsstands and eight online exclusive covers. The issue is called "The Whatever The Weather" issue and to celebrate the Year of the Water Dragon the magazine chose to feature more Chinese models with Western ones.

The newsstand covers were shot by photographers. Alasdair McLellan, Chen Man, Hedi Slimane, Sølve Sundsbø, Jeff Bark and Josh Olins. The cover stars entertainer and fashion designer Victoria Beckham and models Dylan Riley, Lara Stone, Lara Mullen Matt Ardell, Stella Tennant and Chinese models Li Zheng, Meng Lu, Quncuo and Pan Yan.
